John's style is Steady and Hard Down to the Core. When not working he
began to bang on the drums all day!. This beach boy brings a steady upbeat rythmn to the Backroads Band providing a
down home country sound and a flare for southern rock. Kicking his heels up can be seen when John ditches
his sandles and plays barefoot to give him a more precise and natural feel of the drum pedals.
John served in the US Army for four years and was stationed in Germany,
Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas and Indiana. His military experience and love of our country makes us all proud and lends
a patriotic flare to his music. He is a seasoned percussionist who has performed with bands that include, Lonestar Roadhouse
Express, Domestic Blend and The Wanted.
